We are currently seeking PSW's to provide exceptional community in-home client care using their acquired skills to become an active member in planning for your client's care with the assistance of the nurse manager. Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting and creating activity plans.

Choice Healthcare requires candidates who:

Are Certified Personal Support Workers or equivalent (HSW, HCA, RPN, RN, foreign trained health professional) with a minimum one year experienceAre proficient in communicating in English (verbal and written)Have a valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months) Demonstrate a commitment to client care through reliability and flexibilityHave a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months) Have valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with proof of insurance Are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or temporary residents of Canada with a valid work permit with a minimum of six months prior to expiration.Availability to work every other weekendAbility to speak other languages is considered an assetHave internet access through a mobile deviceHave high energy and drive to deliver excellent care through strong communication skills
