Collision Advisor

CarStar Saint John is currently seeking a Collision Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you'll guide customers through the repair process, prepare accurate estimates, and work closely with our technicians and insurance partners to ensure a smooth, efficient experience.

• Greet walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
• Answer and direct phone calls cheerfully; schedule estimates.
• Explain CARSTAR's repair process, insurance claims, payment procedures, and delivery timelines.
• Educate customers on CSI/NPS surveys.
• Schedule and record appraisal and delivery appointments.
• Collect and record payments; assist with A/R.
• File repair orders accurately in the management system.
• Provide warranty information and perform follow-up sales calls.
• Maintain front office and reception area.
• Respond to Google reviews and encourage positive feedback.
• Engage with the community and manage social media presence.
• Attend daily release meetings and other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of customer service experience (retail preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Call center or sales experience preferred.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS/management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).
• Valid driver's license.
