Role Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to serve the Regina & Area region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Regina, SK. As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs with Hilti's innovative products and services. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, engaging in consultative sales, preparing strategic customer development plans, and representing Hilti at industry events. You will also work collaboratively with team members and provide exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven sales, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans to identify customer needs and business opportunities
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and customer interaction
- Strong knowledge or experience in the construction or related industries is a plus
- Self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently in the field
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM and digital tools to manage customer relationships and record activities
