Senior Specialty Sales Consultant

This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and enhancing brand loyalty for the Immunology portfolio across Atlantic Canada. By engaging with healthcare professionals such as Rheumatologists and Dermatologists, the consultant will provide essential education and support aimed at optimal patient outcomes. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can build robust relationships with key stakeholders and leverage data insights to achieve and exceed sales targets. Accountabilities- Develop and implement business plans, including customer events, sales and marketing campaigns.
- Provide key account support and market access assistance.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialist areas and priority products.
- Achieve contact, coverage, and frequency targets through varied communication channels.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all reports.
- Contribute to the sales team's collaboration to achieve objectives.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts successfully.
- Knowledge of the healthcare system.
