Extensive experience in security managementExperience in training staff, creating and managing training programs.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively.Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act, Steps to arrest, Mental Health Act of Ontario, Criminal Code Section 494 - The Citizens Power to AttestMust have a G License with 5 years experience CPI, Use of Force and First Aid/CPR Level C with AOD training would be considered a definite assetKnowledge of Canadian Chartered Rights & FreedomLegally authorized to work in CanadaWhy Choose Paladin?
