Your Role

As part of the Road Engineering team in the Montréal office, you will:

  • Participate in the leadership and management of various road infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor the quality of services, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects.
  • Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
  • Supervise teams and take part in calculations and design.
  • Define technical solutions, design plans, draft technical specifications, and lead the preparation of service proposals.
About You

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • Has at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Has previously worked on projects for the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité Durable du Québec.
  • Is able to communicate in French (spoken and written).
