Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our dedicated team on Vancouver Island. This is an excellent opportunity for dental professionals who are eager to provide high-quality dental care in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and evaluations to assess patients' oral health.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and dental surgeries.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and preferences.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver effective patient care.
  • Adhere to Good Clinical Practices and maintain a sterile and safe working environment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Dentistry from an accredited DDS/DMD program (Canadian or American Dental Institutions).
  • Current licensure to practice dentistry in British Columbia.
Desired Experience
  • New Grad and a maximum of 3 years of clinical experience in a dental practice.
  • Proven skills in dentistry, surgical procedures, and patient management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
Salary and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from $300,000 to $400,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.
