We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client's team as a
Construction Project Coordinator
in
Hamilton, ON

In this full-time, permanent role, you'll help our client with their Project Coordination needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to guide project execution.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Prepare detailed construction estimates using industry-standard practices.
  • Utilize tools such as Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in construction project management or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and tools
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively
  • Experience with various construction management software platforms

Compensation and Benefits:
