Patient Care Coordinator – Georgian Dental Orillia

At Georgian Dental Orillia, we believe that exceptional patient care starts with exceptional people. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the friendly, guiding voice that helps patients feel understood, supported, and cared for — from their very first call to their final visit.

Schedule:

Full-Time

  • Monday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

  • Tuesday: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm

  • Wednesday – Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

  • Once a month - Saturday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Help patients understand their treatment options, costs, and next steps.

  • Coordinate appointments to ensure a smooth and timely experience.

  • Verify insurance, process claims, and manage patient accounts.

  • Keep accurate and organized records.

  • Collaborate closely with our clinical team to support patient care every step of the way.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a medical or healthcare administrative role (dental experience is an asset).

  • Strong communication and people skills — you connect easily and genuinely.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

  • A compassionate, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism.
