Full Time Install Assistant

Position Summary:
The Install Assistant will assist in the installation of countertop orders.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- No experience necessary we will train the right person
- Countertop Installation or Construction experience is a plus
- Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality
- Effective communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Have a positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Required to pass a criminal record check
- Be able to carry upwards of 100 lbs - 200 lbs assisted
- Regular bending, twisting, and kneeling
- Local travel with occasional out of town travel
- Be available to work overtime as required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists installer with complete installation of countertops, while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Assists cleanly remove the existing countertop and plumbing if required
- Responds to customer inquiries and /or concerns while on the job site
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to the installation as they arise
- Works as closely to the schedule as possible and contact customer if running behind
- Maintains company vehicle interior and exterior to the company's standards
- Runs errands as they arise while at the job site ex. picking up missing pieces or tools from shop
- Cross training on Jr. Installer tasks as training evolves and as needed
- Other Duties as assigned
