  • Assess legacy system data to identify data quality issues and areas requiring cleanup.
  • Lead facilitated working sessions to gather requirements, document outcomes, and achieve consensus on remaining data cleanup, configuration, and technical specifications related to data conversion.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and conflicts arising from evolving business requirements.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the COTS loan management solution.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define and implement an approach for archiving legacy data that will not be migrated.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure successful testing and validation of data conversion results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal departments and external vendors, to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Support the deployment of the solution into the production environment.
  • Participate in project status meetings and other working group sessions as required. Skills & Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in data conversion and system integration projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and quality.
  • Experience working with COTS solutions and vendor-provided tools.
