Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Physiotherapist to join our holistic wellness team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and functional conditions, helping clients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. This role requires strong clinical expertise, patient-centered care, and excellent communication skills to support positive treatment outcomes. The Physiotherapist will work in a calm, supportive environment dedicated to improving clients' quality of life through integrative and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments, including history-taking and physical evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs to support recovery and injury prevention.
  • Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Educate clients on posture, movement, exercise, and self-management strategies to support long-term well-being.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of treatment areas and equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, professional environment and addressing client questions or concerns.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Previous clinical experience as a Physiotherapist is preferred (new graduates welcome to apply, if applicable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and motivate clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach to care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $25.00-$100.00 per hour
