TS Skin Clinic & Wellness is currently looking for a full-time or part-time certified esthetician.

As an esthetician at TS Skin Clinic, you will perform skincare and body treatments, recommend services based on clients' skin conditions, goals, and ensure client satisfaction is met throughout their appointment and beyond. At TSSC, we are resulted-driven – a key candidate will be able to effectively perform treatments, recommend at-home and in-clinic solutions, and successfully achieve client skincare goals while providing outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing a high standard of esthetic services to clients with attention to quality and detail, including but not limited to facials, Micorneedling, RF body treatments, Laser Hair removal, and IPL treatments.
  • Be results-driven and strive to solve your clients' core skincare needs, providing appropriate treatment plans and recommending at-home products.
  • Being part of the solution within the team
  • Continuously elevating your skills with in-clinic & at home training
  • Booking clients, answering reception and performing client follow-ups.
  • Continuously keeping up with cleaning protocols, clinic cleanliness, Laundry, & organization.
  • Clinic & self-promotion on social media

The Successful Candidate must possess the following:

  • Be a certified esthetician with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience.
  • Have strong customer service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed client expectations.
  • Be a self-starter: there's a lot of room to grow at TSSC, and we are excited to be on this journey with you.
  • Focused and has the ability to emotionally detach from stressful situations.
  • Represents themselves professionally.
  • Must be reliable, dependable, and self-motivated to succeed.
  • Ability to work a minimum of up to three (3) weekdays and one (1) weekend, weekly.
  • Works well in a team.
  • Ability to withstand a high-performance environment and effectively problem-solve
  • Interest in long-term growth and building clinic clientele
