Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning models for real-world applications.

  • Develop and optimize algorithms for image/video analysis, object detection, segmentation, pose estimation, and 3D vision.

  • Integrate computer vision pipelines with large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs).

  • Build scalable, production-grade AI/ML systems with efficient model training, evaluation, and deployment.

  • Perform data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation strategy design for robust model performance.

  • Conduct research on emerging AI/ML methods and translate findings into practical applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

  • Lead technical decision-making, architecture reviews, and best practices for AI/ML development.

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on computer vision.

  • Proven track record with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

  • Expertise in CNNs, transformers, diffusion models, and modern vision architectures.

  • Strong programming skills in Python (and C++).

  • Experience with deploying ML models to production (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX, OpenVINO, TorchScript).

  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Strong math background in linear algebra, probability, optimization, and statistics.

  • Experience with multimodal AI (LLMs, VLMs, CLIP, SAM, etc.).

  • Knowledge of edge AI deployment and real-time inference optimization.
