La fonction principale du (de la) spécialiste du service à la clientèle est de fournir un service de classe mondiale aux clients de Hertz.
La responsabilité d'un(e) spécialiste du service à la clientèle comprend :
- Correspondance par courriel et par téléphone avec les experts de la compagnie pour l'autorisation des contrats de location et l'approbation des prolongations.
- Travailler de façon collective avec les directeurs de succursale sur les contrats de location vieillissants.
- Fournir des renseignements précis.
- Assurer la satisfaction et le service global du client.
Exigences essentielles:
Connaissances de base des logiciels d'Excel et de Office 365.
Ce poste est de lundi au vendredi, de 40 heures par semaine.

Qualifications:
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis. Doit être âgé de 20 ans ou plus. Le multitâche est nécessaire. Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale requises.

The primary function of the full time Customer Service Specialist is to provide world-class service to Hertz customers and vendors.
The responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist include:
- Corresponding via email and telephone with company's adjusters for rental agreement authorization and extension approvals
- Working collectively with the Branch Managers on aging rental agreements
- Providing accurate information
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and service
Essential Requirements:
Basic Knowledge of Excel and Office 365
This position is Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be 20 years of age or older. Multi-tasking is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills needed.
