As a Hydrotechnical Engineer based in Winnipeg, you'll not only lead transformative projects that protect communities and advance sustainability, but also grow alongside a team that's shaping the next era of our business. Your ImpactDesign and deliver innovative solutions for flood mitigation, watershed management, and water control structures that safeguard communities.Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams through hydraulic and hydrologic analyses for transportation and mining infrastructure projects.Drive sustainability by ensuring environmental compliance and regulatory permitting for impactful outcomes.Build and grow client relationships while contributing to business development strategies that expand WSP's reach.Champion safety and collaboration as core values in every project phase.Shape the next generation by mentoring and fostering growth within your team. The Skills That Set You ApartA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering, with eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer in Manitoba.10+ years of experience delivering water resources and hydrotechnical projects, including flood assessments, hydraulic structures, and mine water management.Expertise in hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools and a passion for applying data-driven solutions to complex challenges.Proven ability to lead teams and cultivate talent, creating a culture of growth and innovation.Strategic thinker with a client-focused mindset and a drive to shape the future of water resources engineering. AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 – $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 – $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 – $147,400 Disclosure:
