The Role

You'll start as a Door Knocker on our team (and yes — if you've read this far, trust us, you'll want to hear why this role can change things for you).

You'll work collaboratively with our sales team across the Niagara region, where you'll:

  • Create meaningful connections with customers
  • Build strong communication and people skills
  • Prove to yourself (and others) how much can change in just one year

Growth & Advancement

Within 4 months, new management roles will open — and we promote from within.

These leadership roles include:

  • Leading 1–2 peers or summer students
  • Working directly with clients to ensure an exceptional sales or project experience
  • Making sure all job details are met or exceeded
  • Significant wage increases tied to performance and responsibility
