Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with some flexible availability after hours when subcontractors or customers require it

Salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year (based on experience)

About Gutter Guard PRO:

Gutter Guard PRO is a fast-growing gutter guard installation company operating across Canada and the United States. We use a subcontractor-based model, meaning installations are completed by professional contractors in their local cities while our core team manages operations remotely.

We are entering a major expansion phase and expect to scale significantly over the next few years. Our long-term vision is to grow into a premium service recognized for consistent, reliable workmanship in every major city across North America. About the Role:

We are hiring a Production Manager responsible for post-sale side of our operations. You will work directly with subcontractors to ensure jobs are completed smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. This role is disciplined, detail-oriented, and operationally focused. Our production managers are essential to delivering a smooth customer experience and maintaining the workmanship standards that Gutter Guard PRO is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, vet, and onboard subcontractors across Canada and the U.S.
  • Manage subcontractor communication, job assignments, and follow-ups
  • Review installation photos for quality assurance and compliance
  • Handle minor customer issues, warranty requests, and job corrections
  • Release payments to subcontractors once work is approved
  • Maintain organized job records, notes, and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflow

  • Experience in trades / home services / construction coordination, or subcontractor management (experience is preferred but not required)
