What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to support the establishment of our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). The intern will play a key role in conducting analysis, creating presentations, and contributing to the development of EPMO processes and tools. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, data analysis, and strategic planning within a dynamic enterprise environment.
What will you do?
- Contribute to the development of the Enterprise Project Management Life Cycle Procedure
- Assist in documenting and refining EPMO processes and tools
- Collaborate with Project Management Offices and functional stakeholders to gather input and feedback on current processes and develop recommendations on process improvements
- Create monthly EPMO newsletters and ad-hoc communications that will be shared with Project Management Offices across the organization
- Develop the EPMO Connect site and support the creation and management of content within it
- Conduct research and data analysis to support EPMO initiatives
- Support the development of dashboards, reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
- Participate in workshops, meetings and learning sessions to support EPMO development

- Experience with data governance or risk management concepts
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Summer 2026 Student placement with a start date of May 2026, and end date of August 2026. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2026 ; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August 2026), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
