We will rely on your expertise for electrical maintenance work and you will be tasked to perform other maintenance work as assigned. This technician will service various client sites in the GTA.As a Mobile Maintenance Technician at JLL, you'll have the opportunity to:Showcase your diverse skills across various building typesManage your day with freedom while delivering top-notch serviceBuild lasting client relationships as their on-site expertGrow your skillsets through exposure to different technologies and systemsBe part of a cohesive and supportive team while maintaining work independenceDirectly contribute to the care and longevity of our clients' valuable assetsBenefit from comprehensive training and career developmentAccess cutting-edge tools to boost your efficiencyJoin a global leader with advancement opportunities WHAT YOU'LL DOPerformance of ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components with an emphasis on electrical systems.Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, some electrical, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings.Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies.Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.Study and become familiar with the various items of equipment, and the methods required to use them properly, that are required in everyday activities. This to include HVAC, Electrical, Building Automation Systems, fire / life safety systems, and any other building related equipment.Have a strong Customer Satisfaction mindset. Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas.
