We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a Female baeber This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their hair styling needs, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for beauty and retail sales, and the ability to create a positive experience for every guest. This position offers an opportunity to develop professional skills in a vibrant and supportive setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
  • Assist clients with hair styling, consultations, and product recommendations
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas in accordance with health regulations
  • Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
  • Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
  • Ensure the salon environment is organized, inviting, and well-maintained at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate services and ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred
  • Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation standards is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and team members
  • Ability to upsell products tactfully while prioritizing client needs
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding service
