Associate Insurance Advisor

Brett W. Lammie & Associates Inc. is looking to grow our team As an Associate Insurance Advisor specializing in Home Insurance you will explain and recommend coverages specifically related to the home insurance portfolio. If you enjoy helping people and getting to know your clients on a personal level, then this role is for you.

Job Description

• Review and update existing policy renewals with clients on an annual basis
• Prospect and issue new home policies while identifying and recommending insurance products and services that benefit our clients
• Answer questions/ recommend coverage's relating to home insurance
• Process payments and answer billing inquiries
• Maintain outstanding customer service
• Complete home inspections when needed

Qualifications

• Superior organizational skills, flexible hours
• Previous sales and/ or customer service experience required
• Preform efficiently in a fast-paced office environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
• Experience communicating via e-mail and proficient in Microsoft office including, Word and Excel
• A proactive and results-driven attitude with a desire to exceed sales goals
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize simultaneously
• Personable and comfortable working in an office environment
• Comfortable discussing aspects of the home such as heat source, electrical, square footage etc.
