Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and mechanical systems, with experience working in dealership environments preferred. Duties

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, including engine, transmission, brake systems, and electrical components
  • Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized schematics to disassemble and assemble vehicle parts accurately
  • Weld and perform mechanical modifications as needed for repairs or upgrades
  • Lift heavy components safely using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic data to identify issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services performed
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly to clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics interpretation
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
  • Experience with automotive repair, maintenance, and assembly processes
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics using modern diagnostic tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills for customer interactions and teamwork
  • Certification or ASE certification is a plus but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.49-$43.05 per hour
