Description

Kidz Castle Indoor Playground is now looking for a great individual to join our team in Saskatoon for our busy season

You would work 8 hours per week between the hours of 4pm and 8:30 pm on Saturday and Sundays.

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating our POS system,

  • Answering customer inquiries (in person, emails, phone calls, social media messages)

  • Monitoring the play area, make sure everyone has socks on, no rough play and no flighting with each other.

  • Helping customers for the arcade game machines. Solve simple problems like machine out of tickets, game token/ticket got stuck inside the machine etc.

  • Assisting customers during party booking process. Explain what we include in our different party packages, and any other additional request from customers.

  • Cleaning and sanitizing, includes the sitting area, bathrooms, party rooms, arcade games, and play area.

  • Handling customer complaints. Report to management when customer requires further assistance.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.35 per hour
