Join Marwood Ltd., an innovative producer of premium forest products serving residential, commercial, and industrial construction industries across North America and Europe. With multiple operations in Atlantic Canada, we're looking for a passionate individual to join our growing team at our Brookfield, Nova Scotia location.

Position Available: Business Support Coordinator

By joining our team as a Business Support Coordinator with a focus in leadership, you will have an opportunity to learn all aspects of our business

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination support for sales and operations
  • Conduct quality checks
  • Physical inventory counts to maintain accuracy
  • Collaborate with departments to compile and validate decision-making data
  • Accurate entry of production data
  • Offer insights to optimize planning and improve efficiencies
  • Foster communication between production and sales teams
  • Coverage for logistics, transportation, production, and accounting functions

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in both verbal and written communication. Experience in manufacturing, forestry, and/or leadership is preferred. Proficiency in a variety of computer programs, including the Microsoft Office Suite, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems, is essential.
