As a Nail Technician, you will provide high-quality nail services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell products will contribute to the overall success of our salon.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Execute body waxing services with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
• Upsell retail products to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and satisfied with their service.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.

Qualifications

• Proven at least 1 year of experience as a Nail Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and body waxing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sanitation standards.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is an advantage.
• Must hold a valid Nail Technician license as required by state regulations.
