Euphora MD is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist/Front End to join our team to work on Wednesday from 2-7pm, Fridays from 9am-4pm, Sundays from 12-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and waitlists using JaneApp
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic
  • Support daily clinic operations and provide general admin support
  • Send follow up texts and phone calls
  • Report to Clinic Manager

Requirements:

  • Experience with JaneApp is mandatory
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
  • Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate possible additional hours
  • Previous experience in a medical or aesthetics clinic is a strong asset
