We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving efficiency, and introducing innovative solutions. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our production strategy—optimizing processes, enhancing product quality, and leading projects that make a real impact.
What You'll Do
Champion a safe and compliant work environment.
Establish and maintain quality standards; implement corrective actions.
Analyze and improve production processes to meet efficiency targets.
Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives for waste reduction and process standardization.
Plan and execute projects to increase manufacturing capacity.
Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Drive cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
3–5 years' experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and calculations (FEA, stress analysis, etc.).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and manufacturing process troubleshooting.
Experience with sheet metal manufacturing and robotics (an asset).
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
