Incorporated in 2004, the firm has extensive experience in new constructions, renovations, energy studies, commissioning, and contract administration. Our expertise encompasses HVAC system design, plumbing and drainage systems, sprinkler and fire protection systems, and building automation control systems. Our mission is to deliver innovative design solutions while working within budget, ensuring healthy and functional indoor environments.
Role Description
This is a full-time position located in Markham, ON, for a junior to intermediate Mechanical Engineer/Mechanical Technologist, with the primary focus being in the building services field. The following skills would be an asset:
- A working knowledge of heat loss/ heat gain/ ventilation calculation software programs,
- experience with AutoCad design and drafting programs
- Revit experience is a plus
- HVAC, plumbing and sprinkler system design experience is an asset,
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in sustainable and LEED design is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology degree
is an asset
