Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining the hotel's equipment and facilities.

Fonctions du poste :

  • Effectuer des réparations sur place en réponse à divers dysfonctionnements
  • Effectuer des réparations générales
  • Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients
  • Effectuer des réparations pour assurer le confort des clients pendant leur séjour
  • Effectuer l'entretien préventif
  • Effectuer l'entretien intérieur et extérieur des bâtiments
  • Effectuer des travaux mineurs de peinture, de menuiserie, de plomberie, de serrurerie, d'entretien et de réparation
  • Déneiger les trottoirs, les sentiers, les sorties de secours, les balcons et les entrées
  • Effectuer l'entretien de fin de saison
  • Sortir, installer, entreposer et entretenir l'équipement pour les activités de chaque saison
  • Sortir, éliminer et entreposer le mobilier saisonnierTravailler sur des projets spéciaux
  • Effectuer des travaux de rénovation
  • Effectuer des tâches de transport et de manutention

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-the-spot repairs in response to various malfunctions
  • Perform general repairs
  • Respond promptly to customer requests
  • Conduct repairs to ensure customer comfort during their stay
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Perform indoor and outdoor building maintenance
  • Perform minor painting, carpentry, plumbing, lock, maintenance, and repair work
  • Clear sidewalks, trails, emergency exits, balconies, and entrances of snow
  • Perform end-of-season maintenance
  • Take out, install, store, and maintain equipment for each season's activities
  • Take out, dispose of, and store seasonal furniture
  • Work on special projects
  • Carry out renovation work
  • Perform transportation and handling tasks
