Our Olympic Village location is a vibrant, waterfront restaurant known for its craft beer selection, locally inspired food, and welcoming atmosphere. Located in the heart of Olympic Village, we pride ourselves on great service, strong teamwork, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a fun, community-focused team.
As a Shift Leader at Tap & Barrel, you'll join us on our mission to bring people together to create meaningful and memorable experiences. You'll also be a part of a tight-knit team, where you'll make lasting connections in a fun and supportive work environment.
An Ideal Candidate…
- Has a minimum of 1 year of high volume hospitality leadership experience
- Loves all things hospitality
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- Has a strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation regulations
- Has experience coaching team members
