The Job Tasks
The key function of this role is ensuring that new builds and services are completed to Micro-Vision Computers standards of quality and time. This role also will be accountable for related tasks to the bench operations such as shipping and receiving, and ensuring that all raw materials are on hand at the relevant time for the production schedule. Other responsibilities will be customer service with in-store customers, email, phone, live chat.
The Skills and Experience You Have
- Computer/Server Technician and builder
- Customer service skills
- CompTIA certifications preferred
- Microsoft Excel, Word
- Quick learner of new softwares
- Highly organized
