Job Title: Flexnet Admin

Job Location: Remote, Canada

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain FlexeraOne for effective software asset management.
• Integrate Flexera with enterprise tools such as SCCM, Tanium, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SaaS apps).
• Monitor and manage the collection and normalization of software inventory data.
• Perform regular license reconciliations to ensure compliance with vendor licensing agreements (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM).
• Generate software usage and compliance reports for internal stakeholders and audits.
• Automate daily tasks using PowerShell scripts
• Create, manage, and update Business adapters in Flexera environment.
• Upgrade Flexera Inventory Beacons and Flexera Inventory Agents.
• Identify opportunities to reduce software costs through license harvesting and optimization.
• Maintain system health by applying patches, updates, and managing data quality.
• Train and support internal users on using Flexera.
• Stay current on licensing trends and Flexera product updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62.00-$65.00 per hour
