Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Internal Service Advisor and/or Tower Operator to join our automotive service team The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a passion for increasing production & workflow. Experience in dealership operations, mechanic work, or automotive repair is required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and provide guidance to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Prepare work orders, estimate costs, and communicate timelines effectively.
  • Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards and identify maintenance needs.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and warranty policies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on machinery and assist in resolving operational challenges promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of production activities, inventory levels, and financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
  • Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions within the service department.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service standards.
