Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Swamper/Laborer, where your skills and enthusiasm will contribute to exciting oilfield projects In this role, you'll engage in a variety of tasks based on oilfield projects. Your hands-on experience will be invaluable as you collaborate with skilled operators and ensure that every project meets our high standards of quality and safety.
What you'll do
- Assist in the setup and operation, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
- Participate in various oilfield activities including vac truck, combo units, hydrovacs, and picker trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to work safely.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
- Support skilled operators in daily dispatches.
Basic qualifications
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to oilfield work.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in laborer role and ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with oilfield swamper duties.
- Knowledge of various oilfield equipment swamper duties prefered but not necessary.
- Oilfield safety tickets preferred but can be provided for right candidate.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Available on short notice.
