Join Our Team as a Line Cook
Are you passionate about creating delicious meals and delivering an exceptional dining experience? Our kitchen team prepares a wide variety of dishes for both our in-house restaurant guests and hotel room service. As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to hundreds of guests each day, bringing creativity, quality, and efficiency to every dish.
What You'll Do:

Set up your station according to restaurant guidelines.
Prepare food items safely, efficiently, and according to recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure timely production of dishes, including for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Restock ingredients and supplies throughout your shift.
Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
Follow all health and safety policies, reporting hazards or injuries immediately.
Collaborate with the team to meet guest and business needs.

What We're Looking For:

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Prior line cook experience is an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Ability to understand oral and written instructions in English.
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Team player who can also work independently.
