Nous recherchons un(e) réceptionniste dentaire pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le/la candidat(e) devra parler couramment l'anglais et le français, et posséder un an ou plus d'expérience dans le domaine dentaire est un atout. Ce poste est à pourvoir à temps partiel du 3 jours par semaine de 8h à 16h30

Les tâches du/de la réceptionniste dentaire incluent (liste non exhaustive) :

  • l'enregistrement des entrées et des sorties des patients

  • la prise et la confirmation des rendez-vous

  • la réponse aux demandes des patients par téléphone et par courriel

  • la tenue des dossiers numériques et papier

  • des compétences comptables de base

  • l'établissement des devis et la correspondance avec les compagnies d'assurance

  • la préparation des relevés, des orientations et la réception des rapports des spécialistes

  • le classement des dossiers

  • le maintien d'un espace de travail ordonné

We are searching for a Dental Receptionist to Join our team. The candidate will be both fluent in English and French with a year or more experience in the dental field preferred. The position is for part time 3 days per week 8am - 4:30 pm - no weekends.

Dental Reception duties to include (but not limited to)

  • checking patients in and out

  • scheduling and confirming appointments

  • answering patient enquiries by phone and email.

  • record keeping digital files and paper files

  • basic accounting skills

  • preparing estimates and corresponding with insurance companies

  • preparing statements , referrals and receiving reports from specialists

  • filing charts

  • keeping a tidy workspace

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
