Join our dedicated team of In-home Support Workers Provincial Homecare is hiring for Home Support Worker position in Summerville, NL

This position is 5.5 hours per day Monday to Friday.

Home Support Worker responsibilities include the following:

  • Providing personal care to clients in a professional manner

  • Companionship and support in the clients home

  • Medication assistance (All our Home Support Workers will be properly trained and delegated )

  • Meal preparation, household management, and assisting with daily routines

  • Ensuring client safety

Applicants must have a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.

This position requires the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Our Home Support Workers must be able to communicate with our clients for a clear understanding of their care needs.

The salary starts from $19.45 per hour, plus 4% vacation for a total of $20.23per hour, with day shifts, evenings and weekends available. We also offer travel and medical benefits.
