Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Financial Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized service and tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for sales, and a solid understanding of financial services. Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering tailored financial advice
  • Assist clients with financial planning, investment options, and insurance products
  • Conduct sales of financial products and services, including upselling opportunities to meet client needs
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cash management responsibilities
  • Manage cashiering duties such as processing payments, deposits, and withdrawals with precision
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies
  • Educate clients on various financial products to promote informed decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or financial services preferred
  • Clear understanding of Pay Day Loan Products, rules, regulations governing them in Ontario Province
  • Proficient with PCs, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), strong keyboarding skills and an ability to learn and master new software programs.
  • Strong math skills with the ability to perform accurate cash handling and cash management tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining ethical standards
  • Basic proficiency in cashiering and familiarity with financial transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in payday loans, non-prime lending, or consumer finance is a plus
  • Diploma or bachelor's in finance, business, or a related field is an asset.
