We will train you as a battery and power solution specialist: no previous experience is required.
We currently have 1 starting position available as a counter sales/warehouse battery power solution specialist to work in the sale of batteries and other related power accessories.
We sell all types of batteries and power solutions for all types of applications. It's an interesting and growing industry.

Responsibilities and Duties:
This is a small business atmosphere, so each person will have many roles. We are looking for a specific person who will fit well with our current team. This person must understand the importance of working in a team and must understand that other team members will rely on this person to be responsible for his role in the company and have a regular attendance to work.
Position Entails many various duties including; front counter sales, customer service, shipping, receiving, deliveries and maintaining store presentation, inspecting and charging batteries, some small battery assembly, distribution of marketing material to our customer base and many other duties associated with the operation of a small business environment.
The ideal candidate understands that they are hired to perform all varied duties/roles as a condition of their employment.
Qualifications and Skills
Driver's licence is essential, basic computer skills like email, web browsing and working with a point of sale computer program, good communication/social skills, punctual, reliable, responsible. You must have good dress and deportment and a pleasant personality and have an excellent work attendance record. You must be physically fit and be able to lift up to 50 pounds as we sell many types of batteries including automotive and truck batteries which you will be loading for delivery and for recycling.
Benefits
Full Time:
Base Salary Range $42, $43,000 (depending on experience)
If you have had pervious customer service experience such as working at Home Depot or Lowes or Canadian Tire or an Auto Parts store we would pay you at the higher range.
Commission on applicable inventory items (After a year of service and gained product experience you should be averaging no less than $2,000 per year in commission sales at the bare minimum).
Monthly sales target bonus of $300 per month if the monthly sales target is met.
Co-pay 50-50 Group Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription Benefits after 6 months of employment.
Group RRSP matching benefits program after a full year of service details will be presented at that time.
3 paid personal days after 6 months of service.
Potential for advancement in the future for the qualified responsible individual.
No evening work, Monday to Friday. There is also a Sat shift 9-2 pm during winter season (Aug-Mar) and a Sat 9-5 during summer season (Mar-July) when you get more experience
