Little Kickers - South Edmonton, is looking for reliable, energetic, and engaging Soccer Lead Coaches. With full-time opportunities starting in May and throughout the summer months. Successful candidates will be expected to work weekends on Saturday and Sunday mornings till the end of September and will have the opportunity to work more hours during the week.

Little Kickers provides children aged 18 months to 8 years with a positive introduction to sport via soccer. Our soccer skills and games are taught in a fun and non-competitive environment. Coaches use imagination and creativity to deliver the lessons in an engaging and playful atmosphere. We are looking for soccer players, teachers, or those enrolled in the ECE program who would be the perfect fit for Little Kickers. Paid training will be provided in the months leading up to May.

Compensation:

Lead Coach starts from $17.00, with increases based on experience.

*Lead Coaches under the age of 18 start from $15.50, with increases based on experience.

Requirements:

  • Personal transportation is preferred as classes take place across the city, and coaches need to bring provided equipment.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with and engaging young children under the age of 8.
  • Availability to work Saturday and Sunday mornings and at least one weeknight.
  • Reliable, with limited vacation requests during the summer months.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with children and provide feedback to parents effectively.
  • Physically fit, able to demonstrate soccer skills and lead activities for 3+ hours in all weather conditions while maintaining high energy.
