We are looking for a highly motivated car sales representative to join our team and work directly with our Subprime Manager. This is a 100% commission-based position, perfect for ambitious individuals who want to maximize their earnings in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads from potential car buyers.
  • Contact clients via phone, email, and text in a professional and timely manner.
  • Qualify clients and help them find the right vehicle for their needs.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the Subprime Manager for sales closings.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update client status regularly.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and proactively seek new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or BDC.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and comfortable working on commission.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
