Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Truck Driver based in Milton, ON. The Truck Driver will be responsible for operating and maintaining trucks to perform timely pickup and delivery of cargo, adhering to designated routes. Responsibilities include loading and unloading goods, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries. The ideal candidate must demonstrate safe driving practices and uphold company standards while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid CDL Class A license and demonstrate expertise in truck driving operations.
  • Experience in vehicle loading, unloading, and handling of goods safely and efficiently.
  • Knowledge and understanding of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong commitment to safety and ability to conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to delivery schedules.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and establish positive relationships with clients.
