CLIENT ADVISOR, COMMERCIAL INSURANCE
Your knowledge and experience in commercial insurance combined with your attention to detail and customer service focus are the keys to success in the role of Client Advisor, Commercial Insurance. This role is responsible for providing support to the commercial insurance team by processing policy documents, invoicing premiums, preparing cover letters, producing pink cards and certificates of insurance, schedules, claims reporting and maintaining file documentation.

- Sylvan Lake, AB
- Full-time, permanent
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience, including commercial lines experience, preferably managing a book of business,
- Strong working knowledge of commercial auto, and property/casualty lines
- Experience in an insurance brokerage an asset
- Alberta Level 1 License; level 2 preferred
- CIP or CAIB designation, or working towards is considered an asset

- Experience with Epic software is considered an asset

- Critical thinker with strong attention to details
