Position Overview:

C4 Building Maintenance is seeking dedicated and experienced Night Cleaners to work in a hotel setting in Vancouver. The successful candidates will perform cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the property remains spotless and well-maintained overnight. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nightly cleaning duties across common areas, washrooms, lobbies, hallways, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors.
  • Empty garbage bins and replace liners.
  • Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain cleaning tools, carts, and storage areas in good condition.
  • Ensure all assigned cleaning tasks meet hotel and company standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel or commercial environment.
  • English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
  • Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
