in managing short-term vacation rentals - and we're growing like crazy.

A Day in the Life of You:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
- Address and resolve maintenance issues such as plumbing leaks, electrical malfunctions, and mechanical problems promptly and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure all maintenance work complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of occupants.
- Keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and service requests through our company application, Breezeway.

Applicants Must Have:
- maintenance experience & related references
- a valid driver's license
- a vehicle with insurance
- a smartphone
- a great attitude and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
