Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers while maintaining an organized and efficient store environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

- Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash flow responsibly.

- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.

- Assist customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations on technology sales and other merchandise.

- Handle returns and exchanges in compliance with store policies.

- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.

- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.

- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone.

- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer service capabilities.

- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, as well as experience in technical sales environments.
