Apply now  Learn more: Please apply until the 10th of November 2025Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Head Office – Mississauga  Position PurposeReporting to the Lead of FP&A Canada, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager prepares internal financial budgets and annual forecasts. In addition, the incumbent will develop the latest estimate projections, analyze actual results compared to estimates, and perform various financial analyses as required by department management.  Responsibilities and DutiesObtain pertinent information and prepare detailed forecast calculations and analysis of Market P&L & OCC using software such as TM1, Excel, SAP and GPM. Assist in preparation of financial planning presentations.Provide detailed variance analysis for plan vs. plan and actual including commentary explaining the variances related to Market P&L and OCC. High analytical skills to overview market forecast and prepare adhoc comparable scenarios to forecast.Support Commercial planning on Marketing and Operating expenses budget.High analytical skills to oversee business analysis for projects and profitability estimates.Ensure accuracy of computer-based forecasting and reporting systems, using software such as TM1, Excel and SAP and participate in system enhancements as required.In depth knowledge of Free Cash Flow planning and analysis.Qualifications & ExperiencePost-secondary education. Financial designations such as ACCA, CIMC, CA or CPA is a plusThree years or more of relevant experience FP&A experience is requiredExcellent problem solving skillsInitiative, resourcefulness and accountabilityA self-motivated and team oriented individual with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervisionAbility to work under pressure and prioritize the tasksSkills, Competencies & LanguagesAdvanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office productsSAP experienceStrong analytical abilityBilingual is an asset (English & French)Are you ready to join us?
