Group Facilitator – Mental Health Skills Program

About the Role
We are hiring Bachelor-level facilitators to help deliver WorkSafeBC's Occupational Skills & Support (OSS) Program. You will lead structured group sessions focused on emotional wellness, coping skills, and work readiness for injured workers.
Mandatory Responsibilities
- Facilitate structured group programming several days a week (telehealth primarily).
- Communicate regularly with the treatment team and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications (Mandatory per WorkSafeBC OSS Program)
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Two years' experience facilitating structured group programs focused on emotional wellness, coping skills, or work readiness.
- One year of direct experience supporting individuals with recovery-related challenges affecting return to work.
Optional (Not required)
- 1:1 skills coaching.
- Psychoeducation for family or support persons.
