What You'll Do

  • Install, repair, sand, and refinish hardwood flooring with expert attention to detail.
  • Apply stains, sealants, and protective coatings to enhance durability and appearance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
  • Safely operate power tools and equipment while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
  • Uphold ESW's commitment to quality, professionalism, and respect on every job site.

What You Bring

  • Proven hands-on experience in hardwood flooring installation, repair, or refinishing.
  • Strong understanding of floor preparation, leveling, and layout techniques.
  • Parquet or specialty wood flooring experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of restoration processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Additional skills in tile, trim carpentry, or general renovation work are an asset.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Contractors or small crews with their own equipment are encouraged to connect for partnership opportunities.
